Coaching Services
A good coach enables the client to set realistic goals and provides the focus and support for the client to stay on track and achieve them.
The coaching role is both supportive and challenging.
The coach is there to listen, to reflect, to create new frames of reference but not to advise or provide solutions.
When necessary, the coach looks deeper into the client’s motivation, seeking to understand the beliefs that impact their performance and the resources that they may draw upon to succeed.
"I felt I could be totally open and frank in my discussions with Tom and this meant that we developed a good relationship based on mutual trust." David Bugge, Managing Director, Deutsche Bank
