Executive coaching

What does the coach do?
The coaching role is both supportive and challenging.

A good coach enables the client to set realistic goals and provides the focus and support for the client to stay on track and achieve them.

The job of the coach is to listen, to reflect, to create new frames of reference but not to advise or provide solutions.

When necessary, the coach looks deeper into the client’s motivation, seeking to understand the beliefs which impact their performance and the resources which they may draw upon to succeed:

The executive coach elicits solutions and strategies from the client, remains positive and focuses on the future.

Coaching remains focused on the action a client will take to achieve specific goals in order to improve their performance.
