Our approach to coaching is based on a humanistic model. We train people to listen, ask questions, provide time and space for the coachee to arrive at their own conclusions and trust that these are the best ones for them.
The coach needs to build a relationship with the coachee and offer an appropriate balance of support and challenge so that they take ownership for their personal and professional development. |
