Tom Battye Coaching Standard Terms of Business

Relationship
We shall treat all your information with the utmost care and all our consultants are strictly forbidden to make unauthorised disclosure of any information relating to your past, present or possible future interests.

We shall confirm appointments for coaching and training when we receive a purchase order or full payment in advance.

Fees Expenses & Payment
Tom Battye Coaching services are billed on a time and expense basis. The fee covers work carried out on your premises or elsewhere, as specified separately.

The following expenses may be billed in addition to fees: rail travel at cost, car travel expenses at 50p per mile, hotel accommodation when agreed, printing and reproduction if applicable, hire of films or equipment and any other expenses necessarily incurred.

We endeavour to pay all our suppliers within their terms and would like your support in helping us to achieve this: full payment should be received 30 days from invoice date.

Variation
Any variations must be agreed and confirmed in writing in advance of commencement of the work.

You qualify for a full refund should you change your mind up to 6 weeks before attending any confirmed training or coaching. Between 6 weeks and 2 weeks before, 50% of your investment is refundable if you cancel or postpone our services. No refund is available 2 weeks or less before attending any confirmed training or coaching appointment if you cancel or postpone our services.

Tom Battye Coaching will not be liable for any loss incurred to you as a result of cancellation.

Liability
Tom Battye Coaching operates through a process of facilitation. Any decisions and actions you take remain your responsibility and Tom Battye Coaching is not liable for any consequent loss arising from these actions. You will, of course, ensure that you have sufficient employer’s liability insurance.

Confidentiality
Tom Battye Coaching agrees that our consultants shall not disclose, publish or authorise others to publish any reports or information pertaining to its contract with you, without your prior written approval. We reserve the right to advertise, market, and generally promote the work we carry out with you in our marketing endeavours.

Copyright
Tom Battye Coaching retains the copyright in any reports, manuals or other materials that it might supply, unless a specific alternative is made with you in writing.

Replacement Consultants
Whenever possible, we will endeavour to provide you with the consultants that you have requested, but there may be occasions when it is necessary to substitute our consultants with others.

Where a specific consultant is scheduled to undertake the work and is unable to fulfil this commitment, Tom Battye Coaching will make every effort to replace him/her with another experienced consultant subject to the agreement with you. Where consultants cannot be replaced there will be no charge for the days involved.
